Job Description – PR and Social Media Intern
Working with the One Voice team to provide marketing and PR support to ensure smooth day to day running of the office and assisting on client accounts. This placement opportunity will provide a valuable experience in the PR industry.
- Creating content – copy, video, photography, graphics – for use across social media platforms and other formats
- Scheduling social media posts across platforms and clients
- Inputting on marketing and PR proposals and campaigns
- Assisting other members of the team
- Assisting in event management
- Updating websites
- Proof reading
- Using media databases
- Compiling reports
- Keeping accurate records and database management
Person specification
Creative, collaborative and driven – just like the rest of the One Voice team. You’ll want to do your best for every client and love learning.
Essential:
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and visual
- Numerate
- Experience of social media
- Strong organisational skills
- Happy and confident meeting and engaging with new people
Desirable:
- Design skills and experience of programmes such as Canva, Adobe
- Basic CMS experience – WordPress or other
