We are so proud of our team. We work hard, fizz with ideas and deliver – time and time again. Our team of PR and marketing specialists has bags of experience. Our four directors have all been with the business for more than ten years (because One Voice is a very nice place to work).

Lisa Vanstone
Managing Director
A familiar face in the city’s business community, Lisa, along with her team, is behind hundreds of events and campaigns for our clients. From large-scale conferences to consumer marketing campaigns, Lisa’s experience is clear. Big project with eye-watering deadline? Lisa won’t bat an eyelid. Her creative and calm approach combined with years of experience sees her lead the team to deliver results. Lisa now owns and runs the business and has exciting plans for the future.
Jo Holdom
Associate Director
A One Voicer since her return to Devon from London in 2001, Jo has 31 years' experience as a PR and marketing specialist working in-house and in agencies for national and international businesses. Jo is highly skilled in strategic communications and crisis comms and her years of experience and her calm and considered approach are hugely valued by clients. Jo is a creative powerhouse at One Voice, turning out scroll-stopping ideas and delivering stand-out campaigns for clients.
Sharon Foxwell
Associate Director
A One Voicer of 13 years, Sharon has 22 years' experience in PR and communications for national and regional brands and charities chalked up from her career in London and the South West. Analytical, decisive, and driven, Sharon creates winning campaigns for clients and leads teams to deliver results. Sharon’s wordsmithery serves up sharp copy and her enthusiasm and ability to dive into vastly differing client challenges means each project is delivered with passion and energy.
Cathryn Frost
Associate Director
Cathryn: cool, calm and collected and the agency’s digital marketing lead. With more than 20 years of experience in marketing, 10 of those at One Voice, Cathryn leads on accounts across the agency. When it comes to dissecting a brief, Cathryn consistently delivers new creative ideas and successful campaigns for both our long-term and project-based clients. From media buying to social and digital placement, Cathryn has the experience and know how to maximise campaign budgets to deliver ROI.
Mia Clay
Account Director
Another boomerang colleague, Mia re-joined us as an Account Director after 10 years working in in-house for a leading housing provider. Mia brings with her a wealth of experience in media relations, and corporate reputation management. A PR pro through and through, Mia’s passion and energy knows no bounds. This, combined with her creative flair, means Mia delivers impressive results. Her many years of media experience and crisis comms work means clients are in safe, experienced hands.
Simon Dean
Accounts and Administration Manager
Simon started his finance career in 2007 working in various roles for HSBC Bank. From there he moved into accounting where his logical and analytical approach to problem solving has made him an asset in the various bookkeeping roles held. Simon is AAT Level 2 qualified. A highly skilled member of the team, Simon manages all of One Voice’s accounting and administration, including managing the annual leave calendar, ensuring we all get a chance to put our feet up.
Clare Dumbleton
Business Support Administrator
Clare leads on service delivery and membership for Exeter Chamber. She comes from a background in communications and events, having previously worked in the public sector and several independent local businesses in and around the Exeter area. Aside from her exemplary business skills which she deploys at One Voice, Clare has a passion for vintage handbags and hats, once having her impressive handbag collection on display in Exeter’s award-winning RAMM museum.
Alice Williams
PR, Marketing and Events Assistant
Alice has recently joined the One Voice Team after studying communications at the University of Exeter. She is involved with a range of projects and clients and is keen to expand her current knowledge and skill sets. Alice brings bags of energy and enthusiasm and is getting stuck in across a variety of activities, contributing to campaigns, events, and content creation.
Katie Salter
Account Executive
A star content creator and event organiser, Katie’s passion for excellence is obvious from the moment she gets started on a project. Working across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, Katie creates high-quality reels, graphics and posts that engage and inspire. An unflappable and highly organised events professional, Katie is behind hundreds of client events that run like clockwork. Unsurprisingly, Katie’s skills are always in demand from our clients.
Jasmine Rennie
Account Executive
Jasmine aka Jazz is a PR powerhouse, delivering scroll-stopping social content, meticulous media relations and driving projects forward to get results. With a curiosity for behavioural science (and a sociology degree), Jazz knows social media inside out and regularly engages influencers to secure coverage for our clients. Up to date with trends and brimming with ideas, Jazz is continually innovating for our clients, creating carefully considered content that hits the right tone.
