THE BRIEF

Develop and deliver a comprehensive marketing strategy and full rebrand for the completion of the Hereford Museum refurbishment.

From the outset we immersered ourseleves in the project.

This included in-depth research through stakeholder interviews, workshops and focus groups, alongside extensive desk research to fully understand the project’s objectives and audiences.

Defined audience segments and insights to inform a robust transition and launch approach, shaping clear key messages and a fully integrated marketing communications plan. This covered channel strategy, campaign development, engagement and retention activity, launch planning, and ongoing promotional activity, supported by measurement and monitoring frameworks.

Led the creation and development of the refreshed brand, ensuring it aligned with stakeholder expectations and the museum’s future vision.

THE RESULTS

The campaign provided the museum team with a comprehensive strategy, brand and marketing plan to launch that could be rolled out on completion of the refurbishment.
