For the past two years, our Managing Director Lisa Vanstone has been working her socks off on a Senior Leader Degree Apprenticeship with the University of Exeter which has led to her achieving an MBA.

Lisa has delved deep into business theory and practice through distance learning and many evenings and weekends dedicated to her studies. During the process, she has been able to bring her knowledge and new skills to the company for the benefit of the team and clients.

Lisa has been an inspiration to us all with her dedication to leading One Voice, while continuing her academic studies.
