One Voice Media & PR Limited

For the Year Ended 31 July 2025

During the financial year, One Voice Media & PR Limited continued to deliver on its mission as storytellers, strategists, and connectors, supporting brands through creative and impactful PR and marketing. The company maintained its commitment to social and environmental responsibility in all aspects of its operations and decision-making.

Despite broader economic challenges, the business demonstrated resilience and adaptability. Our team of 10 specialists consistently delivered innovative campaigns, generating value for both clients and the communities we serve.

The company remains female-founded and led, with all directors being women. Staff retention is exceptional, with nearly half the team having over a decade of service, and our longest-serving members celebrating 25, 16, and 14 years respectively. Notably, two directors have successfully job-shared for 13 years, marking one of the longest such partnerships in the industry. We continue to invest in skills and career growth, offering a blend of on-the-job and formal external training, and maintain flexible working policies to support caring responsibilities, personal development, and work/life balance.

One Voice Media & PR Limited has been an integral part of the Exeter business community for 35 years, supporting the local economy and prioritizing local suppliers and independent businesses. We are committed to hiring locally, providing PR and marketing career opportunities in Devon that traditionally required relocation to larger cities.

Client retention remains a hallmark of our success, with our three longest-standing clients having been with us for 35, 20, and 18 years. Our city centre office ensures clients receive in-person support whenever needed.

Environmental responsibility is a core value, with ongoing efforts to reduce carbon impact through online meetings, public transport, and flexible work-from-home arrangements for those with unavoidable commutes.

Community engagement is strong, with regular pro bono work for local nonprofits and approximately 530 volunteer hours contributed annually by the team. Our staff actively advocate for causes such as flexible working for carers, participating in national podcasts, interviews, and high-level meetings. We also support career pathways through knowledge sharing and paid internships with the University of Exeter.
