Case Study: Proud to Care recruitment campaign

The brief  

The Proud to Care team at Devon County Council asked us to help them with the hugely important task of recruiting more people, with the right skills and values, to work in adult health and social care.

What we did  

Working in collaboration with All Told Films we created a digital marketing, PR and partnerships campaign to ensure that the beautiful and powerful recruitment film reached the right audiences. We planned and executed a digital marketing campaign using You Tube, Facebook, Instagram, Google Search, Google Display, Video on Demand and Devon Live. We also reached out to our regional broadcast, print and digital media contacts to generate organic media coverage and worked with like-minded organisations as partners to extend the reach of our digital campaign.

The results    

The total impressions across the digital marketing campaign reached 14.5million, with our partnership activity reaching an additional 200,000 people. PR campaign highlights included BBC Spotlight, Devon Live and North Devon Gazette.

The success of this campaign led to One Voice Media and All Told being engaged again to work on a new with Proud to Care campaign.
