Cake International on Tour – entries now open

Entries are now open for the bitesize version of the world’s biggest and most prestigious cake decoration competition, Cake International.  Cake International on Tour will return to ExCeL London 24th-25th April 2020 bringing competitors and visitors a full programme of demonstrations, workshops and creative features.

Cake International on Tour will showcase some of the world’s best cake decorating talents as sugar craft enthusiasts fly in from across the globe to take enter exquisite cakes. The first Cake International on Tour in 2019 saw over 600 entries brought together to be displayed and judged in London, with Jane Lashbrook taking home the Best in Show trophy.  

Entries are now open in a wide range of categories, from cupcakes, sculpted cakes and sugar floral displays. This year sees the first award for Hand-painted Cakes – following an explosion in popularity in the style.  Early bird entry closes at 4pm on Friday 31st January 2020 and late entry on 27th March 2020. We’re so excited to see the creations competitors will bring. The competition is open to all with our youngest category being for 9-year olds and under who will be making a cake based on their favourite pet! The judging process is thorough, and each cake will be scrutinized by a team of expert cake decorating judges.”
