From London Fashion Week to Exeter's Fashion Tour
06 October 2011
Autumn winter fashion was modelled in spring summer temperatures as hundreds of shoppers turned out to watch Princesshay’s Autumn Winter Fashion shows on Friday 30th September and Saturday 1st October organised by One Voice.
Exeter was placed firmly in the fashion spotlight as Princesshay’s catwalk shows showcased the city’s style credentials and supported the next generation of British fashion talent. To help profile emerging design talent, an exhibition showcased final year collections from students at Exeter College displayed on mannequins.
The fashion spectacular was in association with the British Fashion Council and presented the hottest new trends by bringing together the best of Princesshay’s fashion and accessory brands.
Visitors to the event were also able to drop into a ‘beauty playground’, where retailer experts were on hand to give shoppers free treatments, makeovers and talk through the latest trends.
The high energy, high fashion catwalk show was created by leading stylist JP, who has worked with a host of celebrities and recording artists and currently runs his own London-based fashion consultancy.
